Mt. Fuji Part 2 – Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park

A shot of the Eeijyanaika rollar coaster track at twilight
When was my last trip to an amusement park? Probably more than two or three years ago, I guess. Truthfully speaking, amusement parks are ideal for dating or for bringing kids, but not a great place for loners. Can you imagine riding a rollercoaster all by yourself?
Well, not me.
However, if I’m spending good money for room at a hotel resort next to a major theme park, and the concert ticket offers free access to the park, hey, why not indulge in a little bit of childhood fantasy?

Therefore, in addition to enjoying the hot springs next to the hotel, I decided to take advantage of my ‘geographic’ advantage and visit Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park.

A sign saying "Fuji-Q conquered!!"
I’ve heard many things about the Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park before, especially that the ride FUJIYAMA is one of the most impressive rollercoaster rides in Japan, complete with a great view of Mount Fuji.

Enough talk, and let the photos speak for themselves. Enjoy!

Hey, I'd hope someone will tell me where to buy a "handy phone" - sounds like a cool gadget!

Watch how the people swing in mid-air

Urrr... they forgot to pass out raincoat to the poor guys on the crosswalk

Panic Clock. I can't help but wonder why people pay good money to get tossed all over the place...

Well, enough for the standard scenes. It is now time for some humorous items at the park to be shown in this blog:

You know Power Rangers, right? Well, here's the new Ranger-team from the Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park!
